TrueBlue, a leading provider of specialized workforce solutions, announced on Monday that it has made several key executive leadership appointments.
Kristy Willis has been named the new President of PeopleReady, succeeding Taryn Owen, who has been appointed as President & COO of TrueBlue.
Willis has more than 20 years of experience in the staffing industry and was previously PeopleReady’s Chief Sales and Operations Officer.
In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of PeopleReady, which provides on-demand, industrial, and highly skilled staffing.
Meanwhile, Rick Betori has been named President of PeopleScout, succeeding Taryn Owen in this position. Betori has broad experience in digital transformation and operations and was previously Managing Director of the Americas for PeopleScout.
In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and managed service provider (MSP) solutions offered by PeopleScout to a wide variety of industries.
Lastly, Caroline Sabetti has been named Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of TrueBlue. Sabetti has been with TrueBlue since 2002 and was previously Chief Marketing Officer for PeopleReady and PeopleScout, and Senior Vice President of Communications for TrueBlue.
In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing all marketing and communication efforts for TrueBlue and its three operating brands: PeopleReady, PeopleManagement, and PeopleScout.
TrueBlue serves 84,000 clients and connected approximately 611,000 people to work in 2022 through its three operating brands: PeopleReady, PeopleManagement, and PeopleScout.
PeopleManagement offers contingent, on-site industrial staffing and commercial driver services, while PeopleScout provides RPO and MSP solutions.
